This product page is to order Nautical Consulting Services for getting assistance for obtaining your Commercial Passenger License Blue or Yellow Code Certificate in the British Virgin Islands.

Terms Of The Sale:
This purchase will go towards one vessel of the purchaser’s choice. We will send out an information request package and safety list requirements once we have received your order. Inspector travel out of the British Virgin Islands may incur additional expenses. Please note that stability tests or Stop Assessment Surveys Applications may incur additional fees. Also, most repairs and or safety equipment orders will be at the vessel owners’ expense. Ongoing applications and annual inspections Nautical Consulting will handle a yearly fee will apply when requested. The Buyer/Customers will sign or authorize Annual services, Safety equipment purchases, and Stability Surveys and Additional application fees. The process is about two weeks in length to get the certificate as long as the safety equipment checks out and at least stability is done or an out of water inspection please note that if the vessel does not comply with the required items and regulations they will not get the certificate and the application can be delayed. The deficiencies have to be dealt with within 6 months or a new application will have to be done and new fees will be incurred. We will be your direct contact and do all the surveys, forms and arranging of the inspectors to make the process as easy as possible.
