A classic, this 1968 Bertram 31 Bahia Mar sets the standard for fishing and cruising in rough seas.  A complete retrofit in 2010, Hookie II comfortably fishes 6 without overcrowding and 8 cruising. With new twin Cummins Diesels in 2010, she has approximately 6000 hours…primed for years of reliability and fun. Very fuel-efficient at cruising speed of 17-21 knots, Hookie II has twin 6BTA Marine motors (all mechanical), ZF220a Transmission, 1.24 gear ratio, 3 blades 18×21 props making her top end near 40mph. Runs great original Teak floors. Perfect retrofits.
