Classic 1968 well maintained Cheoy Lee Offshore 31’ ketch. Located on a mooring in St. John US Virgin Islands. Hauled out every year for hurricane season, bottom painted and topsides just painted. new prop and drive shaft, many new and replaced items. Engine is a Volvo Penta 30 hp and in great running condition. 3 sails are all very good condition. Has a registered hurricane mooring with National Park in Hurricane Hole, Coral Bay! Ready to sail away!
