Cause of Loss

Damage occurred as a result of hurricanes Irma and Maria.

Current State

The vessel is presently located in Great Cruz Bay, in front of the Westin Hotel, along the South Shoreline.

These vessels have been declared a Constructive Total Loss (CTL) by the involved underwriters.   The damages are the result of Hurricane(s) Irma and/or Maria.   The winning bidder will be provided with a clean title and bill of sale.

“The Serotonin survived Irma and Maria, but was de-masted. Water ingress was noted to the interior after the storm, the level of the floorboards. Water was not noted to have entered the motor crankcase. Damage to the electronics and electrical systems is unknown. The vessel has been at anchor in St. John’s Harbor since the storms.”
