CONSTRUCTION

The Oceanis 50 is the fifth generation of this particular line from renowned French builder Beneteau. This vessel is designed with comfort and sailing efficiency in mind, and an interior that is filled with natural light and space. Clean versions of this boat sell for a high dollar amount, and are well known in the boating community.

Belle Christine is a Constructive Total Loss (CTL), and is priced accordingly! Currently stored on a mooring, she was partially submerged on her starboard side but has since been righted. Corresponding water damage on the interior starboard side is apparent. At the time of listing the vessel, there was no evidence of additional water intrusion into the vessel. The galley and forward cabins look in decent shape, and can be made livable.

The top deck appears to be in relatively good condition, with some repairs required to railings, rigging and the like. Minor fiberglass touch ups are also required, including the stern hull. The cockpit requires some work to clean up and repair, but otherwise in fair shape.

If cleaned up and repaired, this vessel could become a showpiece once again!
