General Description;
2003 Galvez 90 Motor Yacht, Top rigged with an all Fiberglass reinforced plastic fully
enclosed Flybridge. All Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic constructed Hull and
superstructure, off-white color. Vessel is equipped with (2) Turbo Diesel Marine inboards running.

General Description from a 2015 Survey;
2003 Galvez 90 Motor Yacht, Top rigged with an all Fiberglass reinforced plastic fully
enclosed Flybridge. All Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic constructed Hull and
superstructure, off-white color. Vessel is equipped with (2) Turbo Diesel Marine inboards
engines, exhibiting a general apparent Restorable condition

The interior layout (4) staterooms, and (5) independent
head rooms with shower and a marine toilet a Master
stateroom and two guest & crew cabins.

machinery was found in average condition with little
oxidation.

Installed aft engine room one generator not running needs service.

System inspected where accessible, therefore most of the wiring is concealed for
inspection.
Main electrical
circuit breaker panel located at the engine room compartment appear in average condition
Fuel System:
2,400 Total US Gal Approx. on five separated aluminum tanks located concealed for
inspection. No obvious leaks were noted, hoses and fittings most need replacement. At
least tanks will require cleaning due to extended period of time without use.
Fresh water System:
(I) 600 US gal FRP fresh water tank, with pressurized pump to service Vessel.
System needs to be serviced, tank cleaned and disinfected, water pump & expansion tank,
water heater needs to be replace.
Steering System:
Hydraulic single station at Bridge, to hydraulic ram via high pressure lines. Cross linked
tiller arms on rudder stocks.
Through hull penetrations:
Bronze fittings with shut off valves with flanged fittings threaded from exterior,
most found operable with Stainless steel clamped hose connections rusted.
Bilge Pumps:
(4) Jabsco 3700 submersible Manual with automatic switch.
(I) gale washer 400 GPH Man.

(1) Halon 130 I Fixed Fire Extinguishers on the Engine room (Discharged)

(I) Vessel exterior coating observed with average oxidation, without cleaning nor
polishing for an extended period of time. Moderate random scratches observed around the
hull.
(2) Bow Teak cap rail broken in around six feet at port side forward section.
(3) Teak Decks was observed with rot and deformations from the fore deck to the aft
deck.
(4) Salon sole was repair. Interior steps were repair.
(5) Cabinetry at the salon was observed with veneers and hardware damaged, cushions
observed with mildew damage.
(6) At the interior Cabins, Port, starboard Guest and Master cabin there are damage, rot,
water damages at the Teak veneers walls carpet and liners.
Other water damage was observed at the Sole on random places.
Engines & Machinery Compartment:
(7) Starboard side aft fiberglass longitudinal Main structural stringer and lower partition
intersection aft the batteries bank section was observed partially burned and stained.
(8) Engine room general insulation, mostly at the aft starboard section was observed with
smoke damage.
(9) Generator set enclosure was observed with oxidation damage, std
(10) Engine room equipments were observed with fire damage or smoke stained, this
includes but not limited to Battery chargers, refrigeration unit, lighting fixtures, junction
boxes, monitor systems, random service wiring, engine harness, ventilation equipment,
conducts, Insulation, etc…Also Main electrical Distribution panel, monitors and battery
switches were observed rusted & damaged due to direct fire extinguishing process.
(II) General equipment such as the water maker, Air conditioners units and engine room
painted sections, specially at the starboard aft section of the engine room were observed
smoke stained and with above average oxidation.
(12) Main Engines, transmissions and general machinery was observed with Corrosion

This vessel show evidence that have been abandoned for an extended period oftime, also
this vessel suffers an small engine room fire in February 2013, at this time only minor
cleaning effort have been observed and no evidence of refits nor repairs were noted
during inspection. Most of the equipment not affected by direct fire was involve in a Fire
fighting event with pressure water including but not limited to the main propulsion
engines. Under this circumstances is assumed that most of the equipment needs to be inspected.

The vessel has been slowly being worked on to be repaired and the owner does not want to see it through anymore.
