“The government has determined that over 300 vessels have become derelict, abandoned or otherwise shipwrecked throughout the Territory. Notices will be affixed on these vessels where possible and a list will be published in the Gazette. Owners are urged to scroll through this album to see if their vessel needs to be removed.” -Virgin Islands Shipping Registry.
