This Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 35′ was recently damaged by washing up on a reef. The buyer will be responsible for the removal of the vessel from Puerto Del Ray Boatyard. Ongoing yard bills after the purchase date will be the buyer’s responsibility.
The Mast And rigging was stepped and secured to the deck for transport and or during vessel repairs.
The galley is in pieces stored inside the vessel including the kitchen sink and freezer. Major repairs to the hull are needed unless you use the vessel for parts.

Disposal and storage fee to be paid to Harbor Shoppers. A full refund will be provided of the disposal fee and any yard fee not used when the vessel is removed from Harbor Shoppers as long as storage is paid up.
Terms Of The Sale:
This Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 35 has been declared a Constructive Total Loss (CTL) by the involved underwriters. The winning bidder will be provided with a chain of title and a bill of sale. The new buyer will be responsible for arranging with the yard payment for storage or removal before doing any work with the vessel. Buyer has to make yard storage arrangement within 10 days of purchase or the buyer will forfeit the sale and payment.
This sale is strictly on an “as is, where is” basis. The Seller makes no warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Assets or its sale of the same to the Buyer.
