We do not possess, hold, or transfer the title to any items listed or sold through our platform that we do not own for another seller. The buyer and seller have agreements between each other.

3. Using Harbor Shoppers

In connection with using or accessing our Services, you agree to:

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use our Services.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Prohibited Activities: You will not engage in any activities that violate any laws, infringe on the rights of others, or breach this User Agreement or our policies.

Sellers are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with using our Services, including but not limited to when a user bids on an auction item and wins the highest bid. We will provide notice of any changes to our fee structure by posting such changes on our website.

6. Listing Conditions

When listing an item for sale on Harbor Shoppers, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your item.
• Comply with our listing policies and guidelines.
• Ensure that you have the legal right to sell the item.

7. Purchase Conditions

When buying an item on Harbor Shoppers, you agree to:

• Read the full item listing before making a commitment to buy.
• Enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy.
• Pay for items purchased in accordance with the seller’s terms and our policies.

8. International Buying and Selling; Translation

Users are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to international sales, purchases, and shipments. Harbor Shoppers may provide automated translations of content; however, we do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of such translations.

9. Content

By submitting content to Harbor Shoppers, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content in connection with our Services.

10. Notice for Claims of Intellectual Property Violations

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please contact us with detailed information so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Holds and Restricted Funds

If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release Harbor Shoppers from claims, demands, and damages of every kind and nature arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

You agree to indemnify and hold Harbor Shoppers harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this User Agreement or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

18. Legal Disputes

Any dispute or claim relating to your use of our Services will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

19. General

If any provision of this User Agreement is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

We may amend this User Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new User Agreement.

This User Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and Harbor Shoppers with respect to the subject matter hereof.
