Vessel Information:

*** BEST PRICED 41FT LAGOON CAT ON THE MARKET ***

Solid Lagoon, 4 staterooms/4 heads

The 5 Best things about this model. Safety, Spaciousness, Bluewater World Cruiser, Solid, Great Reputation

A new engine is provided and ready to drop in, scuffs and glasswork all sorted.
SB hull electrical will need going over and new pumps just for showers needed (all heads are manual).
Some SB cabin (x2) interior wood paneling could be upgraded but looks fine as is too.
SB AC unit would have to be replaced if wished.
Interior, new mattress covers/curtains in bunk areas are needed.
Rigging is fine and no damage.
Main and jib sails are 7 out of 10.

She is safely sitting in a great marina in Fajardo, Puerto Rico.
Flights are easy and cheap to view (40 mins from San Juan airport).

To note:
-Cat never chartered, bought from the original owner.
-Registered in USVI -tax-free.
FROM THE OWNER
“SB engine got wet and I’ve scrapped that, I have a 2011 Yanmar engine/harness/display with low miles to drop in, it sits in its crate under the boat, the yard is $90/hr for a forklift to get it up in the boat or use the boom.
Easy in and connect to SD50 saildrive.
The damage to the hull was only on the SB side which made for the water ingress, the glass work has been done to a more solid degree than the original hull, I believe.
The scoops need some shaping of the glass and rubber surrounds can then be attached again.
Top sides would need buffing to get her looking smart.
Boom is included (not in photos).
Trampoline is coming and will be provided.
Some running rigging is there and decent (jib sheets/jib, spinnaker & main halyards).
Jib and main in 7 out of 10, I’d say.
Anchor, chain, rode supplied -not sure on the condition, I’ve never used her in the water.
One dingy davit is bent and needs bending back, can use the boom and strap.
Interior:
Galley is all there, fidge/freezer, newer stove/oven.
Nav station looks fine.
Electrics, I have not powered them up due to have no house batteries, the whole Port side is fine and good looking (where the electrical panel is), the cockpit displays should power up, one needs replacing I think.
The power/wires in the SB hull would need going through to see what can be used.
It would need a new / used SB AC unit if wished for ($800-1200 used).
SB hull, needs pumps for showers (heads are all manual).
Port engine is untouched and ran fine when the boat came onto the hard, no damage to rudders/SD50 saildrives/props.
Interior, is all there, new covers are needed for all mattresses.
Some of the SB wood panaling in the 2 cabins could be upgraded, they are solid yet have a water mark in places, minor upgrade if desired.
All lounge cushions/covers are fine.
She needs as is:
SB sugar scoop reshaped after new glass was applied then rubber edges need adding
hull sanding
hull paint
engine to go in (under boat in crate at this time -2011 Yanmar 3JH3E low miles)
House and starter batteries
Full electrical check (I have not) all should be great, except for SB hull after water ingress to 1′ above the floorboards)
