HULL CONSTRUCTION AND CONDITION
Molded FRP hull with several partial non-watertight FRP and plywood transverse bulkheads. Mechanically attached, lead ballasted wing keel. Spade type free-standing rudder.
All interior reinforcements and FRP tabbing were found to be intact were visible for inspection. The bilge was dry and the keel bolts appeared to be in good condition as viewed from the top. Mechanical bond at hull/deck joint. No sign of impact damage, grounding, repairs or structural fatigue. The hull appeared to be in very good condition as viewed while hauled.
DECK ARRANGEMENT AND CONDITION
Molded FRP deck cap with mechanical and FRP bond at the hull/deck joint. Integral non-skid surface on all weather decks. SS anchor pulpits with SS stanchions and double lifelines. SS Bimini/dodger. Self-bailing cockpit with adequate freeing ports. Molded, self-bailing anchor locker. SS bow and stern rails with SS lifelines on adequate stanchions. Handrails as necessary. 2-Dorade boxes/vents. Conventional trunk cabin with fixed and opening portlights. Aluminum Genoa tracks. 7-opening hatches. Custom SS anchor chute. Molded LPG locker with approved solenoid shut-off/warning.The decks were found to be clean and workable with adequate sailing and mooring hardware. The decks were found to be clean and workable. The condition of the gel coat on both the decks and the top side is very good. INTERIOR ARRANGEMENT AND CONDITION Storage compartment forward, aft of anchor locker, aft to double cabin with queen berth. Enclosed heads with sink, shower and manual MSD (new 2017) fitted as per USCG requirements. Wood, vinyl, Mica trim and appointments throughout. Molded liner. Main cabin with convertible dinette. Galley with icebox and conventional appliances as listed. Galley rifted in 2017. Teak and holly cabin sole. Aft to enclosed head stbd side fitted as forward as per USCG requirements (Y valve system). Quarter berths to port and stbd. Adequate light, ventilation and access. Very clean and well maintained with many upgrades visible.
MAST, SAILS, AND RIGGING
Extruded aluminum mast and boom. Mast thru stepped to the keelson. Inboard SS chainplates to adequate hull reinforcements. 1X19 SS standing rigging with roller swage terminal ends and open body bronze turnbuckles.. Double spreader masthead sloop rig. Aluminum traveler and Genoa tracks. Inboard SS chainplates to adequate toggles/ hull reinforcements. Mechanical boom vang assembly. The masthead was not inspected. Dacron running rigging in good condition fairleads to cockpit control. Stack-Pak mainsail furling system. Adjustable hydraulic backstay w/rod rigging. Dacron running rigging ins good condition.
